Shipping & Return Policy

We ship globally, but there are some countries we can’t deliver to due to legal or shipping carrier restrictions.

The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we are unable to ship to the following destinations

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea 

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3 -5 business days. Due to increased volume during the holiday season, orders may take up to 8 to 10 business days to ship*.

** Shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order. 

Shipping carriers may be experiencing additional delays due to the impact from COVID-19.

 

Customs fees

Depending on your order’s destination and fulfillment location, you may be subject to pay customs fees. The fees vary depending on the order value, country limits, and other factors. 

 

Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policies

All sales are final. 

As all products are custom-made, we don't accept returns/exchanges on buyer's remorse, meaning that if you just don't like the item or have ordered the incorrect size, for example, it's not possible to return it.

In case there ever are any issues with product quality, report them to us with a photo of the item within 30 days after the delivery via email [email protected].

Refunds are not issued for orders that were unable to be delivered due to insufficient or incomplete shipping addresses provided under your order. If an order is returned to our warehouse due to a failure to pay customs fees (International Orders only), was returned because of an insufficient address provided under your original order, was refused by the sender or sent to an address that is no longer valid, you will be required to pay an additional postage fee to have your item reshipped.

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and are only issued for one of the below reasons:

1) You received an incorrect order.

2) You received wrong or missing items in your shipment.

3) Significant damange or quality issues upon arrival
